Install new Symmons shower valve and shower head.

Install Kohler Sterling 4 Piece Tub/Shower unit. Base to be supported with solid cement. Pictured below right.

                                                     (We can install a step-in-shower in place of the tub for an additional cost.)

Prepare and install Schluter Ditra floor membrane pictured left, which provides strong support under tile without building up the floor. Proper support is critical under the larger tiles that are popular in today’s bathroom remodels.

Install 12 x 12 Floor tile. Daltile Scabos in choice of colors. Tile to be grouted with TEC AccuColor XT Stain resistant  grout.

Patch around shower with Durabond 90 and top coat with smoothing compound. Finish coat to be sanded and primed.

Install Fairmount Designs 30” vanity as shown here, constructed from North American hardwoods. Colors: Polar White. Espresso. Cinnamon.

Install Fairmount Designs 24”  all wood mirror also pictured here to the left. Color to match vanity  choice.

Supply and install granite vanity top in choice of colors. Includes white porcelain undermount sink.

Install Kohler polished chrome Forte widespread faucet with sculpted handles. Includes replacement of faucet shut-off valves.

Install new door and baseboard trim as required to match existing trim.

Spot prime walls and trim as needed with sealing primer.

Paint ceiling with Benjamin Moore ceiling white kitchen & bath paint.

Paint walls with Benjamin Moore Satin Finish kitchen & bath paint.

Paint door and trim with Benjamin Moore Satin Finish kitchen & bath paint. Wall and trim in choice of colors.

Install Kohler Forte 24” towel bar, robe hook and paper holder in polished chrome.

Install Kohler Transitional Forte Triple Wall sconce in polished chrome.

Install Crescent curved shower rod, permanently mounted.

Install hotel grade hook-less shower liner.

Install TOTO Drake Chair Height Toilet with insulated tank and Soft Close seat in cotton. Includes replacement of toilet shut-off valve.

Remove all debris and completely clean up work area.
